Red Garlic chutney
Ingredients
9 garlic flakes
salt (to taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Method
First soak the dry red chillies in 1 cup of water.
Then drain the chillies, reserving the water.
After that grind the soaked chillies, garlic, salt, oil and lemon juice with 3 tbsp of water to a thick paste.
Serve in a small or medium bowl
