How to make chicken corn soup

Chicken corn soup



The chicken corn soup is one the main starters you take when you go for a dinner outside. The rich blend of ingredients makes it look so complicated but in reality it is very simple to make, Wanna know how then watch and learn. Share it or not it still feels the same because you will be lost in its deliciousness. Finally don't forget to make it yourself and enjoy. 

Cooking tip: When boiling vegetables in hot water, adding salt to the water will help the vegetables to preserve their freshness

Ingredients


  • 8 cup chicken (stock)
  • 1 chicken breast (tiny cubes)
  • ¾ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp
  • 1 tin cream of corn
  • ½ cup corn flour (heaped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
     some herbs (optional)


Instructions


First heat the chicken stock in a wok and then add the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and cook until it starts boiling.

Then add cream of corn and lastly mix corn flour with a little bit water and make it into a paste.


After that stir the soup well so the soup becomes thick (stir until it becomes thick)


Then add the beaten eggs and cook for about 2 minutes and remove from the heat.


You can sprinkle some herbs on top to increase the taste (optional)

Finally serve hot and enjoy .
