Chicken corn soup
Cooking tip: When boiling vegetables in hot water, adding salt to the water will help the vegetables to preserve their freshness
Ingredients
- 8 cup chicken (stock)
- 1 chicken breast (tiny cubes)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp
- 1 tin cream of corn
- ½ cup corn flour (heaped)
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
Then add cream of corn and lastly mix corn flour with a little bit water and make it into a paste.
After that stir the soup well so the soup becomes thick (stir until it becomes thick)
Then add the beaten eggs and cook for about 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
You can sprinkle some herbs on top to increase the taste (optional)
Finally serve hot and enjoy .
