Sweet corn vegetable soup



The sweet corn vegetable soup is one the main starters you take when you go for a dinner outside. Ingredients


1/2 sized carrot (cut into small dices)

1/2 sized cabbage (chop)

2 spring onion green (chopped)

3 tbsps Cornstarch

2 tbsps Oil

1/2 Cup Sweet Corn Kernals

4-5 Cups Vegetable Stock

150 grams Sweet corn cream style

salt (to taste)

1/4 tsp white pepper powder

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp ajinomoto

Method


First blend tthe cornstarch in half a cup of water and keep it aside. Then heat oil in a wok or a pan and add chopped cabbage, carrot and corn kernels. Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Put and stir in vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.

After that mix in the cream style corn and continue cooking for three minutes. Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and ajinomoto. Stir it in blended cornstarch and cook it on high heat for a minute or until the soup has thickened.Garnished with chopped spring onion.
