Chinese chicken noodles
The Chinese chicken noodles are very popular in the world and are served almost in every restaurant. The crazy blend of ingredients will actually make you lose your mind. The looks and aroma of it will attract everyone around it so there no chance of you hiding and eating alone. Share and enjoy.
Ingredients
125g of noodles
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 spring onions (finely sliced)
1 clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
1/2 tsp red chilli (chopped)
1 ½ chicken breasts (approx 225g) which should be cut into strips
1 1/2 to 2 tsp Korma Curry Paste
150 ml of chicken stock
150 ml of coconut milk
75g baby sweetcorn (cut into quarters)
100g beansprouts
75g frozen peas, defrosted

Method
First cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and keep it aside. Then heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the spring onions, garlic and chopped red chilli for approximately 2 minutes.
After that add the chicken and stir fry for about 2 minutes and add the curry paste, chicken stock and the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Then add the sweetcorn and beansprouts and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Finally add the peas and noodles and cook for about three minutes more.
Serve hot and enjoy.
