How to make Chinese bhel

Chinese Bhel

The chinese bhel is one of the world famous street food. It's mixture of spicy sauce with vegetables make it so delicious and amazing. The looks of it make your mouth water. Finally don't forget to share and enjoy.

Ingredients


crispy noodles

200 grams noodles (boiled)

1 tbsp flour (maida)

2 cups oil for frying

Schezwan sauce


1 cup red chillies (grinded)

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup celery (chopped)

1/4 cup garlic (chopped)

1/4 cup ginger (chopped)

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar 

2 tbsp vinegar


Other ingredients

2 spring onions (chopped)

1/4 cup cabbage (julienne)

1/4 cup carrot (julienne)

1/4 cup capsicum (julienne) 

1/2 tsp salt 

4 tbsp tomato ketchup

3 tbsp schezuan  sauce

Method


First boil the noodles. strain and leave them in the strainer for 3 minutes. After that apply 1 tsp oil on the noodle. Spread them on a tray and let them cool. Then sprinkle flour on noodles to absorb any water. Heat the oil and deep fry the noodles and cool.


Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a kadhai, add the celery, garlic, mix well and saute on medium flame for 30 seconds and add the tomato sauce, red chilli paste, salt and vinegar and keep aside.


To make the bhel, roughly break the fried noodles.

Combine all the vegies, tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp schezuan sauce and mix well till the noodles are evenly coated with the sauces. Serve immediately.
