Dahi Batata puri
The dahi batata puri is a world famous street food. Served as dessert or as main course, both situations will match it's style. The toppings and chutneys will make you want it even before its made. Finally don't forget to share and enjoy.
Ingredients
25 pieces of puri used in pani puri (look at the picture below for visual understanding)
1/2 cup moth (boil)
1/2 cup potato (boil)
1/2 cup chutney (mithi)
1 cup curd (fresh)
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sev (thin fine ready-made)
1 tbsp red chilli (powder)
1 tbsp cumine (powder)
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 cup potato (boil)
1/2 cup chutney (mithi)
1 cup curd (fresh)
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sev (thin fine ready-made)
1 tbsp red chilli (powder)
1 tbsp cumine (powder)
3 tbsp chopped coriander
Method
First mix together curd, sugar and salt and beat it. Crack a small hole in the center of each puri .
Arrange the puri on serving plate and fill each puri with some moth, potato, imli ki chutney and top with curd mixture.
Finally sprinkle sev, chilli powder and cumin powder on top and garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
