How to make hummus (dipping)

Hummus

The hummus comes from the western Arab region of the world. The blending of chick peas and other various ingredients make it taste amazingly awesome. The glamorous look of it is enough to know its taste and the extra olive oil on the top just makes it more beautiful. Finally share and enjoy.

Cooking tip: You can keep the strawberries fresh for 10 days by keeping it in the fridge without washing them.

Ingredients

600 grams of chickpeas (drained, rinsed)

3 garlic cloves (mashed or crushed)

100 ml of olive oil (optional for topping)

2 tbsp tahini paste or sauce

1 tsp cumin (ground)

1 lemon (the juice of the lemon)

60 ml of water or 1/4 cup of water

bread or roti or khobz to serve with

Instructions

First take a blender or a food processor and add the chickpeas and the garlic cloves (crushed).

Then add the tahini paste, cumin, lemon juice

After that turn on the food processor or blender and blend until they all combine well together.

Then add 1/4 cup of water and blend or process again until it becomes smooth.

Then take a bowl and take out the hummus and place it on the bowl.

Make your own design. I made mine in the picture below.

After making your design, add the olive oil (amount depends on you).

Finally share and enjoy.
