How to make mango juice

Mango juice


The mango juice is a very refreshing drink which can cost alot but is worth it especially when it is in the correct form (not think and not thin). You just cant refuse a sip of this delicious juice. Finally share and enjoy.

Ingredients


1 large mango

1 tbsp sugar

1 1/2  cups of chilled water

few ice cubes (optional)

Method


First wash, peel and chop the mango in large or medium chunks (pieces). After that add the mango to the blender with the sugar as well.

Blend it while adding the water to it until it becomes finely thick or is totally blended according to how you want it. Serve in a glass and place ice cubes on top of it.

How to make mushroom rice

Mushroom rice



The mushroom rice, you can also use it as a main meal if you add cooked chicken after the rice is cooked.  The aroma and taste will make you just keep on wondering. This recipe works equally well with white or brown rice, instant or otherwise. It always comes out delicious. Finally share and enjoy.

Ingredients


1 cup rice (wash and soak)

10 mushrooms (slice)

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 ginger (1 inch grate)

3 garlic cloves (chopped)

2 spring onions (chopped)

5 tbsp oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 tsp ajinomoto

1/2 white pepper powder

salt (to taste)

2 cups stock ( veg or chicken)

Method


First boil the rice in sufficient water until it becomes just cooked. After that remove,drain well and transfer the rice to a clay pot and keep warm. Then heat oil in a wok, add grated ginger, chopped garlic and stir fry briefly. Add chopped spring onion and continue to stir fry for a minute.

Then add soy sauce,mushrooms, ajinomoto, white pepper powder, salt and stock and bring it to boil and add blended cornstarch and cook for a minute or until the sauce thickens while stirring it continuously.

Finally pour the sauce on the rice and cover it with a lid and keep it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree for fifteen minutes.
Garnish with the spring onion green and serve hot.

How to make vegetable hakka noodles

Vegetable Hakka Noodles

Ingredients


400 gms noodles (boiled)

1 onion (sliced)

1 spring onion (chopped)

1 capsicum (cut into juilienne)

1 carrot (cut into juilienne)

100 gms cabbage (shred )

5 tbsp oil 

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 tsp ajinomoto

salt (to taste)

1/4 tsp white pepper powder

1/2 cup bean sprouts

Method


First heat oil in a wok, add onion and stir fry briefly. Then add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and fry for about two minutes while stirring  and tossing it continuously.

After that add noodles, soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt, white pepper powder and cook on high heat until the noodles are heated through and tossing it continuously.

Finally add been sprouts, mix well and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onion.

How to make caffe latte (world famous)

Caffe latte


The caffe latte, it is typically one third espresso and two thirds steamed milk.  It's taste and aroma will make you drink it so you can become refreshed and delighted. Share and enjoy.

Instructions


2 cups of milk

1 1/3  hot brewed dark roast espresso coffee

little bit of whip cream

Method


First take a saucepan and heat milk in it on medium-low heat. Then whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam. After that brew espresso and pour it into 4 cups. Then pour in milk while,holding back the foam with a spoon. Finally top it with some whip cream.

How to make mutton pulao (Eid special)

Mutton pulao



The mutton pulao is the other name for royal biryani in my opinion. The richness in this dish is too much as the aroma itself is enough to tell you whether you can resist it or not. Apart from that the taste is really undeniable and it cannot be eaten without being shared so you better share it before people come and take it from you. Enjoy 

Ingredients



1/2  kg of mutton ( cut into 1 inch pieces)

1 1/2  cups of rice

salt (to taste)

1/2  tbsp dry ginger powder

3-4 cloves

2-3 black peppercorns

2 cinnamon sticks (2 inch)

1 bay leaf

1/4  tsp green cardamom powder

4 tbsp ghee

1 1/2  tsp caraway seeds (jeera)

a pinch of asafoetida

3 green chillies (stemmed)

3 cups of mutton stock

1 cup of yogurt


Method


First soak the rice in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes, drain and keep it aside. Then take a medium bowl and mix mutton with salt, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, black peppercorns, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and green cardamom and leave it to marinate for about 30 minutes.

After that heat ghee in a pan and add caraway seeds, asafoetida and fry for 5 to 10 seconds. Then add the marinated mutton and fry again for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then add salt, green chillies, mutton stock and bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer it for 10 minutes while stirring between the time.

After that in another vessel whisk the yogurt until it becomes smooth and add the mutton to it little by little while stirring it all the time so the gravy stays equal. Finally and the drained rice and mix well.

Cook it on high heat and when the mixture comes to a boil reduce the heat and cook until both the rice and mutton are cooked properly. Serve hot.

How to make cappuccino (world famous coffee)

Cappuccino


The cappuccino is like a caffe latte, it is typically one third espresso and two thirds steamed milk.  It's taste and aroma will make you drink it so you can become refreshed and delighted. Share and enjoy.

Ingredients


1/2 cup of milk

1/3 cup of hot brewed espresso


Method


First place milk in a 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup and then microwave it uncovered on high heat for 1 minute or until milk is hot and small bubbles form around the edge of cup.

After that place a metal whisk in a cup and whisk vigorously by holding whisk handle loosely between palms and quickly rubbing hands back and forth. Remove foam to a small measuring cup as it forms. Continue whisking until foam measures 1/3 cup and set aside.

Then pour the brewed espresso into a mug and pour in the remaining hot milk. You can put whip cream over is and serve or without it will work as well.



Serve hot and enjoy.

Avocado Salad


The avocado salad is a very famous salad which is served in almost every restaurant world wide. It's taste of the green in it give your taste buds a twist and keep you healthy and fit. Don't forget to share and enjoy.

Ingredients


1 avocado

100 gm shrimp or chicken (boiled)

40 gm cottage cheese

2 tbsp lemon juice

lemon slices

salad greens

Italian dressing ( to taste)


Method


First halve the avocado lengthwise and remove the seed with a spoon. After that spread salad greens over a serving dish and place avocado on it.

Then stuff it with cottage cheese and place boiled chicken or shrimp on top. Garnish with lemon. (the toppings can be your choice but remember they should be healthy)

Add Italian dressing before serving.
