How to make chicken khada masala

Chicken Khada masala



The chicken khada masala is a very exotic and delicious dinner to eat. The looks and aroma of it are just out of this worldly thoughts. The blend of ingredients in it create a desire in you for it. If you bring it to the dinner table then get ready to share. Finally share and enjoy. 

Ingredients



1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes


3 tbsp oil

1 bay leaf

1/4 tsp mustard seed

1/4 tsp fennel seeds

1/4 tsp onion seeds

2 dried red chillies

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

1 tsp ginger grated

4 garlic cloves sliced

1 onion (sliced)

4 green chillies (slit) 

2 tomato sliced 

salt (to taste) 

fresh coriander

Method


First heat the oil in a non stick kadai and add the bay leaves, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, red chillies, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds.

When they change colour add ginger and garlic and saute for about a minute and add the onions and green chillies and saute again till the onion turns light brown.

Then add tomato chicken and salt and saute for ten minutes. When the chicken is almost done lower the heat cover and cook for five minutes more.

Finally garnish with chopped coriander.
