Vegetable clear soup



The vegetable clear soup and is one the most served soup in the world and it is very rich in taste. It can be used in every situation, the blend of ingredients and aroma of it can make you go crazy. Instructions


1/2 carrot (cut in length ways)

1/2 small cabbage (diced)

1 spring onion (pieces)

1 capsicum (pieces)

10 peas

6 mushrooms (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (crush)

4 cup stock 

1/4 tsp ajinomoto

1/2 crushed peppercorns

salt (to taste)

1 tsp lemon juice

Method


First heat stock in a wok and add crushed garlic and bring to a boil. Then add mushroom, carrot, cabbage, spring onion, capsicum, peas and cook for about three minutes. Finally add ajinomoto, salt and peppercorns and stir in lemon juice. Serve hot.
