How to make bhel puri

Bhel puri



The bhel puri is a world famous street food. Served as dessert or as main course, both situations will match it's style. The veggie topping and chutneys will make you want it even before its made. Finally don't forget to share and enjoy.

Ingredients


2 cups of puffed rice

5 papadis puri (break it to pieces)

3 tbsp peanuts (roasted)

1 potato (boiled and chopped)

1 onion (chopped)

1 green chilli (chopped)

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tbsp green chutney

4 tbsp mithi chutney

2 tbsp green coriander(chopped)

4 tbsp fine namkeen sev (ready-made)

Method


First dry roast the puffed rice in a pot for about 7 minutes on
low flame, stirring continuously but do not let it turn brown. Remove form the flame and let it cool completely.

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander and namkeen sev.
